JSS- Jagadguru Sri Shivarathreeshwara University, Mysuru

Spread across three villages namely Dandikere, Varuna and Janthagalli, this Global campus will be developed on 98.5 acre of land consisting of coconut, mango, teak and areca nut plantations. This campus design is evolved from the natural form of the site itself – the land “spoke” about how the water flowed, how the sun played with the trees. The natural water body is formed due to the existing depression of land. The campus will have state-of-the-art-buildings from Academics, Research, and Residential to Recreation center with a 2000 - capacity Auditorium.

The design objective of this campus was to increase the intake of students from 4000 to 16,000, faculty from 550 to 1600, supporting staff from 450 to 1600, programs from 80 to 200, publications from 600 to 2000 and 30 crore rupees research projects to 200 crore rupees research project in the span of 9 years i.e. 2016 to 2025.
