Responsibilities:
- To advise, plan, design and oversee the creation, regeneration and development of external land areas such as gardens and recreational areas, as well as residential, industrial and commercial sites.
- Must be able to combine artistic skills with knowledge of human activity and the natural environment.
- Creating plans, designs and drawings using computer-aided design programs.
- Surveying sites.
- Advising on matters to do with environmental conservation.
- Discussing requirements with clients.
- Writing reports.
- Producing contracts and estimated costs.
- Presenting proposals to clients for approval and agreeing time-scales.
- Overseeing projects as they progress.
- Seeking the opinions of locals, business and others who use the site.
- Liaising with other professionals such as architects, surveyors, town planners and civil engineers.

Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or Equivalent
Responsibilities:
- Understand the Process formulated for projects as made by the Team Leader.
- Understand the Vision, Goals and Objectives and formulate strategies from Conception to Development stage
- Work under your own initiative and direction, as part of a large and multi skilled team, including Planners, Urban Designers, and Infrastructure Engineers, Consultants, and Architects, local government, building contractors, material suppliers and stake holders.
- Understand the needs of the project and create Benchmarks through research and analysis You will consider Development controls and Regulations, political, environmental, social, economic, spatial, psychological and physical factors
- Create drawings using artistic or graphic skills, converting vision into a conceptual schemes and technical drawing, using appropriate programs and software.
- Use your communication skills, empathy and knowledge to negotiate with and influence people to make better informed decisions.
- Work with the wider Team to ensure policies and guidance are followed.
- Create Presentations, Drawings, Working Drawings, and Reports
Skills Must Have:
- Microsoft Office Skills- Advanced Knowledge of Design and Presentation Software, Knowledge about allied services, thorough knowledge of architectural design & development processes, materials, detailing etc., Speed and accuracy in CAD drawings, knowledge about GIS.
Qualification:
- B.Arch & Masters in Urban Design
Responsibilities:
- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
- Daily work progress, supervising contracted staff,
- Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
- liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
- liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials
- Ensuring that health and safety as per guidelines
Skills Must Have:
- Technical knowledge to work with designs, drawings and models
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, suppliers, workers.
- Organisation Skills to monitor and evaluate work progress, ensure compliance with project plans
- Attention to detail to ensure that the construction work proceeds without problems and take stock of even the most minute things.
Qualification:
- B.E CIVIL/ University Degree/ Diploma in Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Understanding the concept and design made by core design team with the help of Senior Architect.
- Preparing architectural and interior finishes drawings and details at various stages of the project i.e. from schematic to GFC (for multiple projects)
- Preparing accurate drawings.
- Complying with H.S.A standards
- Working systematically to ensure Timely completion of drawings as per assigned deadlines. Visiting construction sites to collect measurements and dimensions if required.
- Coordination with core design team for design intent and updates
- Co-ordination with Municipal Team for Municipal Drawings
- Co-ordination with 3D Team for Visuals.
- Co-ordination with Consultant Representatives for drawing coordination / follow-ups for structural / MEP / landscape / façade drawings / BOQs etc.
- Preparation and Organized Maintenance of Drawings and other documentation:
- Preparing and maintaining drawing lists
- Maintaining Drawing Control Index
- Maintaining records, files, transmittals and drawings and approval copies
- Prepare / assist senior architect in preparation of various project reports / schedules / presentations from time to time.
Skills Must Have:
- Advanced AutoCAD Software
- Speed and accuracy in CAD drawings.
- Basics of office software like Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- BIM Software such as Revit, etc.
Qualification:
- Draughtsman Diploma, ITI.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding and meeting quality standards and internal processes of HSA for drawings, coordination & documentation.
- Understanding deliverable requirement & schedule for assigned projects.
- Preparing internal deliverable schedules & resource budgeting, balancing priorities and meeting the same within assigned budget limits.
- Driving projects via effective consultant coordination and client management.
- Providing proactive inputs on basic statutory requirements, error / clash detection and problem solving at various stages of project.
- Providing technical solutions and details to meet/match design intent by core design team.
Skills Must Have:
- Advanced Knowledge of AutoCAD Software
- Knowledge about allied services
