Responsibilities:

• Understanding and meeting quality standards and internal processes of HSA for drawings, coordination & documentation.
• Understanding deliverable requirement & schedule for assigned projects.
• Preparing internal deliverable schedules & resource budgeting, balancing priorities and meeting the same within assigned budget limits.
• Driving projects via effective consultant coordination and client management.
• Providing proactive inputs on basic statutory requirements, error / clash detection and problem solving at various stages of project.
• Providing technical solutions and details to meet/match design intent by core design team.

Skills Must Have:

• Advanced Knowledge of AutoCAD Software
• Knowledge about allied services
• Thorough knowledge of architectural design & development processes, materials, detailing etc.
• Speed and accuracy in CAD drawings
• Office software like Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree of Architecture
• Essential: Registered Member of Council of Architecture.
