PM Ekta Mall

The PM Ekta Mall is a national platform aimed at promoting the 'One District One Product' and 'Make in India' initiatives, showing a diverse range of products from each district, empowering local artisans and entrepreneurs. The proposed mall is a fusion of classic Maharashtrian architectural styles with modern design elements, incorporating arches and vertical slits, as well as contemporary glazing, canopies, and aluminium fins. The mall aims to celebrate India's rich cultural heritage while also promoting economic growth.
The curved facade and sweeping wave-like entrance canopy create a dynamic, elegant look. The grand entrance leads to a triple-height atrium with interactive landscaping and an amphitheatre space.
A distinctive feature wall celebrates Marathi culture by displaying lines composed by the renowned poet Kusumagraj.
The proposed PM Ekta Mall is projected to span a built-up area of 200,000 square feet, with an estimated project cost of 227 crores. The architectural intent is to fuse local heritage with modern aesthetics, creating a culturally resonant yet visually striking design for the mixed-use retail and entertainment complex.
