It’s official! The new headquarter of Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation is now the 1st Green Building that any government body can boast of. The building has been registered with LEED-IGBC for certification and aims to receive the Gold rating.

On 18 February 2014, Sharad Pawar, Union Agriculture Minister and NCP Chief, inaugurated the new headquarters building of the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC), located at CBD, Belapur, in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation Head Office building is not only an office complex but an icon which reflects the spirit of Navi Mumbai.
